Job Title:
Customer Service Representative (Full-Time)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our local plumbing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering sales and customer service calls, providing exceptional service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming sales and customer service calls promptly and professionally.

Schedule service appointments and manage the booking calendar.

Provide accurate information about our plumbing services, pricing, and promotions.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved.

Coordinate with plumbing technicians to ensure timely service delivery.

Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and customer account management.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the plumbing or home services industry.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and holidays.
